Channel Master Aluminum Drain— 4 studs With Clamping Ring

Channel Master Aluminum roof drains for use in all low slope roofs applications; additionally compatible with single ply, built -up or modified bitumen roofing membranes. Channel Master Aluminum drains are available in a ‘new construction’ or a ‘retrofit’ insert design for re-roofing applications.

1. Heavy Duty Construction – Standard cast aluminum clamping ring and strainer provide outstanding vandal resistance. Aluminum drain pipe are TIG welded (versus soldered) to resist failure from high temperature roofing torches.
2. Cast Strainers mechanically secures the roofing membrane to the drain.
3. 2mm (0.08”) Thick seamless spun Aluminum drain
4. Aluminum Flange available in either flat or recessed deck
5. 4 bolt design allows ease of installation that has 3/8”
6. Aluminum bolts TIG welded from underside of Aluminum flange
7. Flange Bolt design provides over tightening & pullout protection
8. Drainage right down to the Membrane
9. Fits all sizes of Premium Aluminum drains
10. Available in Retrofit Flat deck sizes 1 ¾”, 2 ¾”, 3 ¾”, 4 ¾”,
    and 5 ¾”
11. Available in Recessed deck sizes 2 ¾”, 3 ¾”, 4 ¾” and 5 ¾”
12. Available in New Construction sizes 2”, 3”, 4” and 6” in flat deck and in sizes 3”, 4” and 6” in recessed deck
13. 1.2 mm Aluminum for drains up to 3”, 1.5mm for 5” and 2.0mm Aluminum for 6” drains
14. 18” wide Aluminum flange
